Joyce & Zohra Featured on Microsoft Alumni Network

Tong Tejani founders Joyce Tong Oelrich and Zohra Tejani were the spotlight of a new article on the Microsoft Alumni Network, as both are, yes, veterans of the company. Their article was also included in the network's June 2021 newsletter and their social media.
The article gives great perspective on how the two ended up starting a firm, partly in response to their experiences at Microsoft:
Friends at Microsoft, the two ironically spent the most time together after they left the company. They had common interests and would meet up for lunch whenever they could.
The pair also bonded over frustrations that they saw within their field.
Even when employed, both were constantly being heavily recruited—as demand is high for the specialized work.
