Zohra Tejani is a technology and government contracts attorney who provided legal counsel to Microsoft for over 14 years, in support of its U.S. Federal, State and Local Government, and Worldwide Public Sector businesses. In 2016, she was engaged by VMware to lead its public sector legal team, which during her tenure expanded to include Federal, State & Local Government, Education, and Healthcare. She earned both her BA cum laude and JD from Georgetown University. Zohra is licensed to practice in Virginia.
Joyce Tong Oelrich is a government contract attorney and legal counsel who has spent the better part of the last two decades working in Big Law and in-house at Microsoft and Facebook advising on all aspects of government contracting law. She earned her BA cum laude from Wellesley College and her JD from the University of Michigan Law School. Licensed in New York, Massachusetts and DC, she is admitted to the First and Federal Circuit and Court of Federal Claims and has practiced before the GAO.
